We recently completed the above job on a older brick home. When you are driving down the street you can always tell which homes have updated their windows and which ones are still sporting the original builder grade aluminum windows that the house was built with. Most people with a home similar to this one would choose to replace the large rectangle windows above the garage with 2 standard double hung windows or maybe even a picture window. However, not this customer! They decided to take their homes curb appeal and style into their own hands by designing these custom grid windows. Of course anything custom will cost you a little more, in this case you are looking at about 20% increase. None the less they really thought outside of the box and I think it paid off! What a great way to add some pizzazz to the outside of your home!
